- Smoking is not permitted in the hotel.

- No check-in before 4 pm unless otherwise agreed.

- Check-out time is no later than 11.00 am unless otherwise agreed.

Late check out is not available. The room must be free of personal belonging by 11 am. Failure to do so may result in the removal of the personal belonging by the hotel staff or in additional charges.

- Breakfast is served from 7.30 to 9.30 am lunch from 12.30 to 2.00 pm dinner from 7.30 to 9.00 pm

- the following items are not allowed in the room: Any type of cooking device, open flames (candles) and irons, any electrical equipment that is not already part of the room.

- The hotel has an unattended private parking lot available to customers.

- Transfers to and from the hotel can be book at the reception, the cost is borne by the customer.

- Access to the rooms is permitted only after registration at the reception.

- Children under the age of 18 can stay at the hotel unless accompanied by an adult.

- Children under the age of 14 may use the pool only under the supervision of an adult who will assume the responsibility.

- Pets are not allowed in the Hotel.

- The Hotel management is not responsible for personal injuries caused by improper use of the existing equipment within the hotel facility.

- The hotel management is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal items brought into the

hotel  premises,including rooms, and outdoor areas.
