Prices are not included in the Tourist Tax applied by the Municipality of Capacccio (see the Municipal resolution)

Children under the age of 3, stay free when sharing bed with 2 adults, they are charged only for meals and extras if required.

- Supplements Half board and full board are per person per day, each meal includes 3 course choices from the menu of the day: 1 main course, 1 second course with vegetables, fruit or dessert. Drinks are not included in the price. This price is only applied during the booking process and with the stay. Each additional meal, in relation to the reservation, will be charged the price of € 20.00. For children aged up to 12 years in room with 2 adults on equal treatment booked, supplements half board and full board will be charged at 50%. From the age of 13 years old are, however, adult rates apply.

-Pets are not allowed, exceptionally we accept only small size dogs (max 3 kg), with a supplement of €12.00 per day per dog.

Service

- The Hotel is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

- The beach service is available from  June 1 to September 15 provided at an additional cost of €20.00 per room per day and allows access to the beach with 1 umbrella, 1 deckchair and 1 sunbed

- The Pool is open from 01 May to 18 September

- Crib in Room € 10.00 per day if required.

- Room Service Supplement bars € 5.00.

- Extra room service restaurant € 10.00.

- Bicycle rental at a cost of € 3.00 per hour.

- The hotel has a swimming pool, solarium, a large garden, private parking, free wi-fi, children’s play area and TV room.

- All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, LCD TV, telephone, private bathroom, hairdryer, fridge and balcony.

- The offers are not combinable with each other.

Payment Policy

- We accept payment with the following credit cards: CartaSI, American Express PagoBancomat, Visa, Diners Club, Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Union Pay, JCB

- The reservation can be considered confirmed only if accompanied by the payment of a deposit equal to 50% of the entire amount of the stay.

The balance of the entire stay must be made no less than: 07 days before the start date of the stay. Failing this, the reservation will be considered canceled and the deposit will be retained as a penalty.

- The reservation received through the Booking on Line service of our website will be confirmed only if supported by a guarantee given by credit card. Even in this case, the stay must still be fully paid in the terms indicated in the previous point. Failing this the reservation will be canceled and, as a penalty, the sums guaranteed by credit card will be collected.

-The Hotel can verify the validity of the credit card by carrying out a pre-authorization operation for the total amount of the stay

-For special offers and promotions, however, payment of the entire stay is required to confirm the non-refundable booking. Cancellation policy

- Bookings made through the portal and guaranteed by credit card can be canceled free of charge and without penalty within 14 days of the date of the stay, after these terms 50% of the amount of the stay will be charged as a penalty.

- In case of no-show, the entire stay will be charged. - Reservations made with holiday packages and hotel offers, confirmed by paying the deposit, are never refundable - Reservations relating to particular periods (Christmas, Easter, end of the beginning of the year, bridges due to national holidays) in any case are neither editable nor cancellable, nor refundable.
